Lake Wales Charter Schools provides our students with core curriculum as well as supplemental resources. When these supplemental resources come in digital formats, school districts are required by Florida Statute 6A-1.0955 to disclose to parents Personal Identifiable Information (PII) that is being shared with each vendor. 

Student Data Privacy Approved Applications

Lake Wales Charter Schools is a member of the Florida Student Privacy Alliance (a Student Data Privacy Consortium organization), which provides access to signed Data Privacy Agreements from around the State of Florida that are in compliance with Florida Statute 6A-1.0955.  These agreements are also noted on the above referenced spreadsheet.  A copy of any referenced agreement is available upon request at the LWCS Central Office at 130 E. Central Avenue.
